Have you ever experienced losing something that really felt like a win? For instance, the lousy ex that led to the healthier relationship you have now.

Maybe you won something you wanted that, in the end, made you feel like a loser? Such as the long awaited offer for a lucrative job, but now you are required to work nights and weekends.

Either way, both winning and losing can be complicated matters. In this episode, Shavonne reflects on a few experiences where the outcome did not reflect how you “should” feel about it. She also shares some exciting personal updates!
